Return a Purchase

EU customers:

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

UK customers:

A 14-day right of withdrawal also applies under UK consumer law. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Customers in Switzerland, the USA and Canada:

There is no statutory right of withdrawal. Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or faulty. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
